Key Solutions Group, originally accountants, now operates in the industry sector known as business and financial services. The Partners of the Firm are Glenn Cousins, Ian Cousins, Bruce Howle and Jason Webb.

The KSG business structure was defined in 2001 (formerly operating individually since 1979 and 1987) and there are four main areas within the operational area of the group:

Tax & Compliance

This area is managed by both Glenn Cousins and Jason Webbb and is the largest, employing eight staff in addition to four partners who maintain client relationships.The eight staff are divided into two teams comprising of account managers and bookkeepers. A team leader has been appointed to each team to oversee workflow, ensure consistency of approach and training.

Business & IT Consultancy

This area is managed by Ian Cousins with Gavin Amm as a qualified network technician to assist.

Finance Broking and Financial Planning

This area is managed by Jeff Purcell. Jeff has joined us as Finance Manager following 36 years with CBA. Jeff held many positions within CBA mostly in the role of Corporate Lending and Risk Management environment. He is a highly experienced finance professional.Jeff is responsible for client financial and cash flow analysis together with marketing of the new dedicated finance division of the group, which attends to all types of financial requirements. He has completed many years of credit and risk management training and development courses on all facets of lending.

Administration

The administration area is managed on a daily basis by the Practice Manager, Amanda Dick. Amanda attends to all administration duties and is assisted by our Receptionist and Administrative Assistants.
