Bruce Howle - Chartered Accountant BEc CA

Bruce is the Director of our Audit division and is also KSG Managing Director. A graduate in Economics from Macquarie University, Bruce is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Registered Tax Agent and a Registered Company Auditor.

Bruce has had in excess of 20 years experience in providing professional accounting services in the areas of taxation as well as audits for an extensive portfolio of clients.

Ian Cousins - BA BSc AACS AIMM MAICD JP

Ian specialises in GST, rental property tax issues, small business tax issues and planning. Ian is a member of the Australian Tax Institute and is committed to continuing education. Ian also specialises in business plans, management reporting and interpretation, cash flow management, budgeting and reporting and analysis of KPIs in various industry segments including the Health and Aged Care Industries, Real Estate, Specialised Manufacturing and imports, sports industry and clubs.

Glenn Cousins - B.A (Hons) B.Comm, CPA, AFAIM, FTIA

Glenn is the Director of the Taxation and Business Services division. Glenn has a commercial background spanning over 30 years, having worked for Citibank and Barclays in senior corporate planning position and Finance Director of a Publicly Listed Property Development Company for 6 years.

Glenn specialises in personal and investment taxation, business structuring and solvency. A graduate of the University of Sydney and NSW, he is a CPA, Registered Tax Agent and Follow of a number of professional associations.
